This one and the cover art are my favourites among the Arkona paintings; I love how you rendered the lighting in both pictures :)
And I like the totem-head in this background! yay totem-heads :dummy:

this is the best in the series imho :D I love the more limited color palette and the contrast and atmosphere are awesome. I just think his lap will soon catch fire if he doesn't back off a bit

I think it's also better because it's not cropped like the others. The composition works better when the image is at its original size. And shamans don't catch fire! B-)
